1. How do I place an order?

To place an order on Lavish Layers:
Simply click "Shop Now" or "Add to Cart" on your desired product. Once you've
selected your items, proceed to Checkout, enter your shipping details, choose
your payment method and confirm your order.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as Prepaid Bank Transfers,
JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Credit/Debit Card payments within Pakistan. Once
you choose a prepaid option at checkout, you'll be provided with easy
instructions to complete your payment securely.

3. Is advance payment required for Cash on Delivery orders?

No. For COD orders, you pay the full amount in cash when the order is
delivered.

 

4. What is the common reason for a failed payment?

Ensure your card is enabled for online payments. If you were charged but
didn't receive a confirmation, check your bank statement. Contact us at

5. Are the product colors shown on your website accurate?

We aim to represent product colors as accurately as possible, but slight
differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

 

6. What are the delivery charges for orders?

We offer free shipping nationwide for orders worth Rs. 3,000 and above. A
shipping cost of Rs. 199 will be charged for any order value under Rs. 3,000.

7. Is my personal information secure?

Yes, all your data is protected by industry-standard encryption and privacy

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. We'll email you a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can also log
in to your Lavish Layers account to view your order status.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, our Return
and Exchange Policy will apply. To cancel early, email us as soon as possible.

10. What is your return and refund policy?

If a purchased item is unavailable or canceled, refunds are processed within 14
working days. For other returns or exchanges, refer to our detailed Returns

11. What are your delivery areas within Pakistan?

We proudly deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan, ensuring your order
reaches you wherever you are in the country.

 

12. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we are only delivering within Pakistan. We hope to expand our
reach in the future and appreciate your understanding.

13. How many times will delivery be attempted?

Our courier partners will try to deliver your package twice. If undelivered after
two attempts, it will be returned to us - please ensure your contact and
address details are accurate.
