Exchange Policy

At Lavish Layers, we understand that finding the perfect product sometimes takes a second try — and we’re happy to offer exchanges to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible.

Sale or discounted items are also eligible for exchange, provided they meet all exchange criteria.

 

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@thelavishlayers.com with your order details and the reason for exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll be guided through the return shipping process.
  3. After receiving the original item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange standards.
  4. If approved, we will proceed with dispatching the replacement item.

 

Conditions to Note

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is not in stock:

  • We will offer a refund, or
  • You may choose an alternative product of equal value.


In case of any price difference, the customer will be asked to pay the difference or receive a refund for the balance, as applicable.

 

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Washed, used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted for exchange.

If an item fails inspection, you will be notified and may:

  • Request the item back (shipping charges apply), or
  • Allow Lavish Layers to responsibly dispose of it.

 

Return Policy

 

At Lavish Layers, we take great pride in delivering carefully crafted, high-quality products to our customers. However, if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@thelavishlayers.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will be provided return shipping instructions.
  3. After the product is received, it will go through a quality inspection:

If approved, you will proceed to the refund stage (see Refund Policy below).

  • If the item is found used, washed, damaged, or incomplete, the return will be declined. In such cases:

▸ You may request the item to be shipped back to you (shipping charges apply), or

▸ Authorize Lavish Layers to responsibly dispose of it.

 

Refund Policy

Your peace of mind matters to us. Once a return is approved and the item passes inspection, the refund process is initiated as follows:

Refund Eligibility

Only items that meet the return conditions will be considered for refund.

Both prepaid and COD orders are eligible for refunds.

Sale and discounted items are also refundable if returned in acceptable condition.

 

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Prepaid orders (credit/debit cards): Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, according to your preference.

It will take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Important Note

If your returned item does not pass inspection, a refund will not be issued. Our team will notify you and offer next steps (return to you or disposal).


Partial Order Fulfillment

In rare cases where an item in your order becomes unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will:

  • Ship the available items without delay.
  • Refund the value of the unavailable item(s) through your original payment method.
