Order Cancellation Policy

At Lavish Layers, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to assist you as best we can.

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. Cancellations are possible in the following situations:

• The order is still in the "Pending" or "Processing" stage
• The item has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier
• The cancellation request is made within a reasonable time after placing the order

Once the order has been shipped, we’ll be unable to cancel it — but don’t worry, our Return & Exchange Policy will be available to assist you with any concerns.

In rare situations, Lavish Layers may also cancel an order in the event of:

• Unexpected product unavailability or stock issues
• Pricing or listing discrepancies
• Payment authorization failures
• Quality concerns identified before dispatch
